I looked a big site that gave that other cooler good reviews...I cant seem to find it though. I think the hr-03 is out of the question..I need the 4 slots that it would take up lol.

Ive read that the HRo3 will not fit the GT. The 8800GT is different than the 8800GTS but it's the same bolt pattern as the 8600GT cooler wise...Also heard on a Newegg review that it has the same bolt pattern as the 7900's.

The one that's on it is okay... If your case is cool, I don't see what a larger cooler will add. The supplied coolers seem to be set very low. Mine was set at 29%. I upped it to 60% (still very quiet) and could overclock to 720/1720/2000 without any issues at all. I do not see me getting too much higher even if I added a larger fan say with an external exhaust. Best thing is to wait and see what fans turn up and what the results are.

I'm looking for a cooler for my 8800gt as it pre overclocked and runs the Crysis demo at 92 degrees. I went into a shop here the other day and looked at exactly the coolers your looking at amongst others, and was told that they would both fit no problem (Provided you have the slot space for the HR-03). Reckon i'm going to go with the G0-102 Orb.
