help with new heatsink and fan

i need a cpu fan for a celeron d prescott oc @ 3.6 but can reach 4.8ghz. i need fan fan that can hold at least 4.0ghz

Thermaltake, Tuniq, Vantec, Scythe.... try looking around.

Your @ 3.6 but your going to reach 4.8 on air? - send me some screenies when you do just that.
