Ssvagent exe free virus removal

ssvagent.exe how can I remove this very annoying virus everytime I try to do anything on my computer is pops up saying open with. My daughter just got married yesterday and I cant even put them on easyshare to put them on face book. This open with came on after i shut my computer down for two weeks to go vist my parents in Fl no one used it because I plugged it and put away and no one has keys to my house.

As per the Sun's bugcheck site, let's disable ssvagent in Internet Explorer.

* In Internet Explorer click on Tools, Manage Add-ons, Enable or Disable Add-ons.
* Click on SSVHelper Class and select Disable under settings.
* Click OK.

to fix this problem, I thought ssvagent.exe maybe a virus.
