need help with Memmory 4x1 or 2x2 gb please help

got a question

i am ordering my parts for a new pc

got a E6850
with GA-P35-DS3 mobo
evga GTX 8800 KO acs3
xfi prof
2x 500 gb WD re2 hd's
samsung 226CW
P182
corsair 620 HX
MX518 and G11


question is what are the best rams i can put in

it's a gaming machine so it needs to be fast
but not to expensive ..

so i was thinking 2x2 gb PC6400
or 4x1 gb PC 6400

does it make a difference?

What would be best timings i can put in - if it's 4x1 ?

please help

I say go for 2x2gb if u want to with 8gb ram soon ,however both 4x1gb and 2x2gb are good , i love mine (4x1gb)
but if the prices are the same, go for 2x2gb

well i found a nice deal on 2x2
OCZ reaper PC6400

but the delivery time went up t'il 10-20 days

so wanna change - but stay in the same webstore
so checking my possibilities now

so dno what to do atm ..

OCZ REAPER RAMs are awesome rams ,the OC very well and they have a very good cooling

that's for the 2x2 gb pack
so i was wondering if goiing to 4x1 gb
