need help with Memmory 4x1 or 2x2 gb please help

got a question

i am ordering my parts for a new pc

got a E6850
with GA-P35-DS3 mobo
evga GTX 8800 KO acs3
xfi prof
2x 500 gb WD re2 hd's
samsung 226CW
corsair 620 HX
MX518 and G11

question is what are the best rams i can put in

it's a gaming machine so it needs to be fast
but not to expensive ..

so i was thinking 2x2 gb PC6400
or 4x1 gb PC 6400

does it make a difference?

What would be best timings i can put in - if it's 4x1 ?

please help

I say go for 2x2gb if u want to with 8gb ram soon ,however both 4x1gb and 2x2gb are good , i love mine (4x1gb)
but if the prices are the same, go for 2x2gb

well i found a nice deal on 2x2
OCZ reaper PC6400

but the delivery time went up t'il 10-20 days

so wanna change - but stay in the same webstore :p 
so checking my possibilities now :p 

so dno what to do atm .. :)

OCZ REAPER RAMs are awesome rams ,the OC very well and they have a very good cooling

yea but the delivery time is unstable hehe

that's for the 2x2 gb pack
so i was wondering if goiing to 4x1 gb

would be smart or maybe even better ?

as i said both are good , and if they have the same price , go for 2x2gb
