i create one folder in e drive.now not able to delete

Run chkdsk /f on your E drive, then try it.

Kindly I ask your attention.

Or try Eraser, it's free. Watch it, it really does the job very good. When the program is installed, check settings, you don't want the program to erase a big file for 35 times.
