More Information

One of my hard drives got corrupted and has alot of bad sectors in it.
I've managed to copy over most of the important files but there are still some more that I need and can't access.

I dont know too much about these hard drive recovery programs. Do they just repair the bad sectors by removing any files assosiated with them?

Is there a way to retrieve all or some of the files in these bad sectors?
I've been googling around but I still have a pretty vague idea of what they actually do

Any software you can recommend?
