Help my Q6600 is geting up to 60c load not overclocked

I have a Dangerden TDX block a D5 pump and a Black Ice Xtream and i see that people are getting like 24c idle and 29c load.

Whats wrong?

for fans im using stock case fans for the cosmos 1000

A number of points you might want to look at.

What is the wattage on your PSU, and how many of what components do you have attached to it?

Also, check the block to make sure it's properly seated on the CPU, and check the thermal gel. With gel, almost nothing goes very far, more doesn't work so well.

Anyone else have any ideas?
