going to buy the 8800gt, want to be clear on a few things

first and foremost, can it be fitted on a s939 mobo?

secondly, what kind of PSU does it need? if the GTX needs a 500watt, then the GT will do fine on a 400? or should i still get the 500 one? any specific ones you can recommend?

thirdly, how noticeable is the difference between the regular 600mhz clock and the factory 'pre-clocked' 650mhz one? is it even noticeable when you are actually playing games with it?
