I have an AMD Athlon 64 x2 3800+ system with 2 GB of DDR2-800 memory. It is based on an ASRock Crossfire 480x motherboard. I have pushed the CPU to 2.6 ghz @ 1.4 volts and it is stable, but my memory will not clock any higher than 866 mhz (433 DDR). If the voltage on the memory is currently 1.8 volts, what should i change it to in order to get a higher stable speed out of it? It is G.Skill memory, by the way. Could I possibly reach a clock speed of 1 ghz?

2.2v I'd try. This is if you still need help.

It's possible to get 1Ghz, but it differs from ram to ram.

yeah, i could run 1ghz ram clock, but not good because board wont do 2.3v, so i backed it down a bit, running at like 910 now, and it runs fine 2.2v 5-5-5-16 2t. but good luck with your oc. i had a long journey and read a lot on here, most is trial and error, and now im sittin at a 2.73 ghz on 4000+ x2. you will get it!!
