I currently have a 7600Gt with my AMD X2 3800 @ 2.2Ghz with 2 gigs of Ram. My questions are:
 
Will my PSU be able to handle a 8800Gt?

Will my CPU bottleneck a 8800gt?
     -If so can you recommend a good Cooler for additional OC?

Aspires are terrible PSU's but it has enough amperage (unless they overestimated).

So the CPU will not bottleneck the Graphics card correct?

You should be ok.

An 8800 GT will run just fine on only a 400 W PSU if you aren't going SLI and you have just one HDD.

I have a 320Gig SATA, 80Gb IDE and two optical drives.

Your good to go.
