I'm looking at upgrading to a 2900 Pro 512mb but just need to make sure the PSU I have recently purchased will be up to the task. This is what I have minus the GPU:

Asus A8N5X 939 mobo
FX-60 @ stock
2 gig ram PC3200
250 gig HDD
CD-RW
DVD/CD

I bought a Rosewill 550W PSU with 36 amps on the 12v rail.

I'm betting the amps are up to the task but do I have enough watts? I don't overclock so unless I'm mistaken that should help keep the power usage down on the card. At this time not really looking at the 8800GT and with the new stock at newegg of Pros going for $280 I still might wait just a little longer for the price to drop but on the other hand not sure how long they will remain in stock. Thoughts?
