Graphics card or computer speed???

I think the term is stalling, when the characters in the game move like under a strobe light. Anyway, I don't know if its a poor graphics card or my computer. let me know at ezagar@umail.iu.edu

What are your hardware specs?

Try downloading Fraps, and check your frame rates.
