I have purchased two new USB mem sticks from Play.com and unable to get them to be recognised on my PC. They will work on other PC and laptop. When I put into USB port New hard ware wizard runs, looks for driver then fails with following error messages: An error occurred during the installation of the device. The data is invalid. Am some what confused as I can use my Cosair Flash Voyager and Sony stick which I have used for a long while. It is just any new ones give the same error as above. Any ideas please Kind Regards David More about : usb flash mem stick error chuckt May 24, 2008 4:31:35 PM What operating system are you running?
