Splendid
You're buying 1 cpu & 2 mobos for how many builds? I'd take the P5K. It's cheaper.

Are you overclocking? Then the ram is excellent.

A box? I have a few brown paper boxes lying around. Come & pick one up for free. :)

How about Antec 900? If too noisy, then Antec P180, etc.

You should get a big power supply so that you won't have to upgrade it again when you upgrade video. For that pc, a minimum of 400W & 26A on +12v. Pick a tier 1/2 psu from this list:

The P5K is cheaper by one €, can't really say it's a major advantage :) Both those motherboards are fine.

A computer like would work well with a Corsair 620HX or PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610W.

Case: Antec 900 if overclocking, Antec P182 if not.

DVD-RW: Samsung and LG make excellent models under $40, for example.

Give us the URL where you're doing your shopping. It's OK if it's in German
