unlocking frequency and voltage controls on msi PM8M3-v mobo

i just bought a new msi PM8M3-v mobo and i cant seem to access the frequency and voltage controls. is there a jumper or something that i have to switch in order to access them. ive looked through the manual and upgraded the bios and cant get into, anybody know why?

Doesn't look like this board has the features to overclock?

i was thinking that might be possibility but ive seen screen shots of ppl using this board and overclocking.
im starting to think they screwed up and its a different board that their using

I've looked at the features for this board on the MSI website and it didn't look like it had overclocking ability. Sorry. Perhaps you can return the motherboard and exchange it for something that can overclock?
