Xclude drives from being used by recycle bin

Is there a way under Windows Vista to configure the recycle bin not to use specific drives ?

Ah, I feel stupid now. For anyone who comes across this, you can change it by right clicking on the recycle bin then go to properties. You can change how much space is allocated to each drive there
