Cookie saver

I am looking for an application/extension/addon that can define protected cookies. When I delete my cookies, I want these ones to remain, but to be able to delete the rest. For example, I want to define bank card related cookies so I don't have to type in my card number every time I clear my cookies. Is this possible? I am using Chrome on Windows 7.
