How Do I Upgrade Rivatuner Low-Level Control?

I can't access any overclocking settings or anything because it's on low-level control. How do I bring this up so I can access things like overclocking settings?

At the main screen under driver settings it should say forceware detected or something like that and at the right there should be a little triangle. click that and click the little pci card picture (the first one). Then it should show overclocking settings
