You can remove the User Profile through the Server running the domain.
How to Delete a User Profile
To delete a user profile, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
3. Under User Profiles, click Settings.
4. Click the user profile that you want to delete, and then click Delete.
Maybe you should expand upon your description of what you want to accomplish Snp.
I really wouldn't advise removing the local Administrator account on your workstation and the Primary Domain Controller would manage your domain user profile so I wouldn't think you want to recreate that each time you want to logon.
You can delete all other local user profiles if you really don't need them.
