Is msn messenger having technical difficulties?

Hello, I can't sign in properly, I can sign in, but doesn't register and I am not online, but on my computer i have selected online, I can't nudge or anything even if i'm online. what do i do?

MSN Messenger was replaced a few years ago with Windows Live Messenger. Are you sure that's the program you're using?
