It's easy to calculate that, you have the PSU delivers 500W of power, we have :22Amps on 3.3V, 32Amps on 5V and XAmps on 12V, we know that 22*3.3+32*5+X*12=500W, (from the specs in the page) we solve and get
X=22.28 aprox 23 Amps on the combined 12V rails

hope this solves your problem

jaguarskx, excellent point! Constant we know what that means. Peak is only peak. We don't know if it's under load, full load, half load, idle, half idle, etc.

Reputable OEM makers list the constant wattages & amperages. Hence, the high prices.

This could be simplified even more, the label claims a max of 220 watts to the 3.3v and 5v rails, 500 minus 220=280 or approximately 23 amps.
Unfortunately it's not that simple, take for example the Corsair 450
130 watts on the 3.3v and 5v rails subtracted from the 450 watt total leaves 320 watts, but the label states that up to 396w can be provided to the +12v.
