How can I tell what type of wireless card I have in my laptop. It is a Sony VAIO vgn-fw230j .. I have looked but not sure where to look. I need to know what type of router I need. N or G

Good day!

Check it under device manger.Here's how:

-Right-click My Computer, click Properties, click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
- Click on the + sign beside network adapters on the list.

You'll see the the type of wireless adapter installed on your pc.
