Dont have a early date for factory restore

hello want to restore my pc back to factory settings but the only date ihave are from this month ,dont have any early dates when bought pc at all,not even last months.why can you pleaes help...

The system restore files take up quite a bit of HDD space so most systems have a size set for the maximum amount of HDD space to use for those files and anything over that is deleted by age so you probably have a small maximum amount set for system restore to use so it is deleting them fairly rapidly.

What type of system is it ? -- If it was a prebuilt unit there is most likely a hidden partition on the HDD that has the needed files for restoring to factory condition by pressing a certain key during boot and going into their version of the install program so you just need to figure out which key needs to be pressed to enter the restore -- If it is a retail version of Windows then simply reformat and reinstall Windows to get it back to the original state.
