Unpredictable boot disk failiure HELP URGENT

help!!!

When i turn my PC on 2/3s of the time it POST's then goes, to the message Boot Disk Failure, Please insert System Disk.

the thing is if this happened every time i would be saying well my HDD has buggered. but its not every time, as sometimes it boot to vista absolute fine.
HDD is the First Boot device
470w PSU
e6300 @ 333Mhz
p965
virtualization has been used.
vista x64
Please i really need this to be consistanty realible

the hdd is 160gb WD cavier

pls pls help me before i go mad

check all the connectors to your system drives. Possibly replace SATA/IDE cables.

Yeah more than likely it could be your HDD or the connectors.
