Hi , atm i succesfuly made my OC to 3.0 ... but i cant go over this for the moment because my Ram is linked with my FSB and i have 667mhz ddr2 chip .. so i cant go over 333 FSB .. how can i unlink my dram and try to OC higher until i get my new DDR2 800 mhz ...

It would be in the BIOS somewhere. Dependent on bios version, vendor, etc.
