Help Choosing motherboard

Hey could you guys please help me choose a mobo...

Im looking to build a moderately priced PC for general use and some gaming(not very heavy gaming).

I was planning to have the following CPU and Graphics card:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, 2.4GHz, LGA775
GeForce 8600 GT 512MB PCI Express

and 2 gigs of ram 800Mhz DDR2 of some kind.

Im not sure exactly what chipset or mobo would best suit my needs but this is what I am currently looking at:
