I have a laptop HP nc6120 which has following specification

Intel Duo core 1.6Mhz
RAM 1 GB

which motherboard contain circuit problem. So i want to purchase used motherboard for such laptop

Pretty much your only bet is going to be to send it back to HP and have it replaced.

Laptops are a whole different beast than desktops.

even if you got a used motherboard, fitting it is a completely different kettle of fish.
