Windows Won't start my Intel Graphics UI

Hey guys. When I booted my computer this morning I noticed my secondary monitor wasn't working, so i wanted to check my drivers UI and it wasn't start up like it always is.. Strange right? When i try to start up the Gfxui.exe it says do you want to run and i click on run and nothing happens. Any suggestions? Windows 7 updated last night that's all i can think of that might cause this.
