New Build...Got some questions

I try to build a decent gaming rig. Heres what i got

all of this is from www.newegg.com. Is this good enough to run CoD 4? and is there anything else i need.

Honestly, I don't really know. It will probably rune COD4. The thing is, if you aren't planning on OCing that CPU, it will probably be a little weak. However, if you are planning on OCing, you will probably need to get a a better PSU. Honestly, you might want to consider getting a different PSU anyways, the ones that come with the case are notoriously bad.

Also, it looks like you are trying to go for an budget rig. However you have an SLI mobo and GPU. If you are looking for a cheaper and non-SLI Mobo, I would suggest the P35 D3SL.
