ISO Software

Trying to make a Kaspersky Rescue Disk. The machine before me has the application "Ultimate ISO Maker". The rescue disc files exist on a USB drive. The goal would be to extract the files to a blank CD in CD writer drive in this machine. Have not found a way to to so. Seeking guidance in the solution of this issue and would consider software to produce the rescue disc. Trial ISO software would be my preference if another extraction app is required
