Why not start out with the 2160+P35 combo? Cheap, clocks well, and performs great.

Don't think so. The uATX chipset is the G33, which includes integrated video; easy enough to ignore.
I've posted more in your other thread. I think you can do it for $500, but barely. Will that case accept a standard PSU? Don't get a cheap one.
