Millions Hit In Southern Florida Power Outage

People in southern Florida were hit with a massive power outage after two nuclear reactors spontaneously shut down. The outage centered on the Miami-Dade area, but also extended to some parts of Broward County. Nuclear Regulatory Commission reps say the reactors were probably responding to a weird reading in the power grid and add that everything should be back to normal shortly. Read more

I try reformatted my computer and each time when i am at the install set up , meaning the restore system .
Everytime it will automatic get turn off , I am using a CD-rom to reformat.

More Information

If you can, go in the bios, and watch the health monitor and watch your CPU temps. I believe if it does get too hot, it should turn off again.

Better yet, just recheck your HSF installation. It would help if you list your system specs/parts.

I am using my brother computer now .

Whenever i restore my computer at the install a blue page , with a total of 100% and halfway through it will automatic get turn off at a random percent. Last time i doesn't have this problem.
this is my first time :(
