Suggestions ?: Core2Duo, Internal Graphics, RAID 1, and Reliable

I'm looking for suggestions for a MB. I'm building a low-end server based off an Intel Core 2 Duo. I'd like internal graphics for lower power and better reliability. It must have RAID 1 support, and I'd like a MB that is known to be very reliable. I was considering the Intel DG33TL. Any other suggestions?
