Hi , i am OC to 3.4GHZ (378x9) atm with my Q6600 , i just finished a 10hours test and everything seems fine ...
here is my question ... Should i let my dram ( ddr2 800mhz ) voltage to auto ? or should i set it to 1.8v since it dsnt go over stock Mhz (800) atm it run at 756mhz...
i also still have my ram set to 5-5-5-15 , should i try it to 4-4-4-12 ???
thx you

kingston ddr2 800mhz , i goes to kingston website , only saw something about 1.8v
If it's stated for 1.8V, then you should leave it there. Anymore would be considered, well, overclocking. I'd say 2V could be fine, just make sure it doesn't get too hot.

oh another question , what is the 1n and 2n option in the bios ( about the ram )
You should refer to your motherboard manual. It probably has to do with OCing RAM, like if one isn't stable you use the other setting, but I don't know for sure.

the same happen when i try to put the ram at 2n than when i tryed 4-4-4-12 , the system dont even boot and freeze ( freeze also in bios )
maybe the voltage is the problem , but im scared to go over 1.8v , dont wanna burn DRAM ..
and i did try to OC 3.4 to 3.6 but there is not much difference between both , so ill stay at 3.4ghz ( i guess 1mhz over stock speed is enough way enought )
