Catalyst 1.11 OC question

hi, im using radeon hd 2600pro IceQ Turbo. with catal, 1.11, obviously.
im trying to overclock the core clock and the memory clock. but when i click on auto tuning, it increases the clock slowly and shows the cards max perform on my computer(i think everyone here know that)
so i got 740mhz from 650mhz (core) 570mhz from 525mhz(mem)
but "current clock" says the original clocks, even though i restarted my computer. whats going on here?? did i Oced it??
