The 450w and 520w are not the same thing and it's not just the 70w.

The 450w is the Valueline and not manufactured by Seasonic.
The 450w is still very good, but still not the same quality.

So which is better, the 520 HX or the 550 VX? The HX has 3 12+ rails, the VX has 1...if that makes a difference.

HX is better (made by Seasonic), but the VX is still good too and is more affordable.
