I am sure everyone has gone through this. I have Core temp, Everst, Speed fan, and the software the comes with my Coolit water cooler. I dont think ANY of them agree with the temps of the cpu. OK maybe everest and coretemp do on the CORE temps. The Tcase temp on everest is 49 meanwhile the Coolit temp is 60 (which i ASSUME is the case temp). That is a big split between the two. All i want to know which one is BANG on on the case temp and which one is bang on for core temp. Does everest report accurately? I hope so because I like that program and how configurable it is.

Everest reported the most accurate when I was doing my overclock, but that might not be the case for you.

If you could, please open all of the thermal monitoring programs you have and take a nice screenshot, and post it up here for us to look at.

Usually, you can trust CoreTemp as well, but I, like you, like to be sure that what I'm seeing is what is truely the case.

Once you get that up, we'll be able to help you better :)
