Everest reported the most accurate when I was doing my overclock, but that might not be the case for you.
If you could, please open all of the thermal monitoring programs you have and take a nice screenshot, and post it up here for us to look at.
Usually, you can trust CoreTemp as well, but I, like you, like to be sure that what I'm seeing is what is truely the case.
Once you get that up, we'll be able to help you better

You can learn how to properly test, calibrate and monitor your temperatures, so that you're sure they're correct.
