I've got a new Gigabyte GA-965P-S3 Intel P965 socket 775 motherboard that won't boot up. All components below are new.

What's installed: Intel Celeron D 352 3.2 GHz Processor
ATI All-In-Wonder X600 Pro PCI Express
SEAGATE 160GB SATA HD
Corsair XMS2 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2-800

At power up, the CPU fan spins, the ATI cpu fan spins and two cooling fans spin.

This continues for about 30 secs and then shut down.

Nothing appears on at all on the Viewsonic 17" LCD monitor.

No graphics, no bios, no video card ident display, nothing at all.

Any suggestions as to where the problem lies?

Does your case have a speaker (beeper) ?

You should reseat your RAM, graphics card and processor.
If that doesn't help (still no POST/ error beeps) one of this components is most likely dead or the motherboard doesn't detect the RAM or CPU.

EDIT : What revision is your motherboard ? Maybe it needs a bios update.
Also some 965 boards had issues with certain RAM types if I remember correctly.
