What's the best psu for this pc?

AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 4000+
Inno3d Ichill 8600 256 ddr3 Xstriker
Maxtor 80gb hard drive
1pc Corsair ddr2 ram 1pc 512 corsair ddr2 ram
I can only select here in this web in our country

Any brand name psu with 325W or more can handle that pc. I would only get Corsair or Enermax from that list.

well i changed the GPU to only inno3d geforce 8600gt
1. should i still buy the enermax psu w/ 350watts?
2.will the pc work with the coolermaster 380 watts in the list?

It will work with any brand, but cheap brands won't last long. For good brands:
