Blu ray 1080p wont play in win xp

hi,
i bought a blu ray 1080p movie, i have windows xp,ati radeon 4850,3gb ram. i tried playing it with Corel WinDVD 2010 and CyberLink PowerDVD 9 but they shut down these media players when they try reading the disc.

Is there an error before it shuts down? Also, are you trying to play a ripped Blu Ray movie?

i get the window that says 'send error report' for windvd


Error signature:
AppName: windvd.exe AppVer: 10.0.5.291 ModName: rtlcpapi.dll
ModVer: 1.0.1.9 Offset: 000079c7

and for cyberlink powerdvd it just shuts down when it starts reading the blu ray disc.

yes its a legal copy that i bought from the store. My movie is Broken arrow in 1080p.

Hey, I get the same error, except I'm trying to run PowerDVD 10.

Not sure what this RtlCPAPI.dll is, but Goggle says it has something to do with RealTEK onboard sound.

EDIT: Found a quick fix. Go into System32/RTcom and delete RtlCPAPI.dll. Loads up fine now
