P Poulz Distinguished Mar 25, 2010 3 0 18,510 Mar 27, 2010 #5 i get the window that says 'send error report' for windvd Error signature: AppName: windvd.exe AppVer: 10.0.5.291 ModName: rtlcpapi.dll ModVer: 1.0.1.9 Offset: 000079c7 and for cyberlink powerdvd it just shuts down when it starts reading the blu ray disc. yes its a legal copy that i bought from the store. Not sure what this RtlCPAPI.dll is, but Goggle says it has something to do with RealTEK onboard sound. EDIT: Found a quick fix. Go into System32/RTcom and delete RtlCPAPI.dll.
