Ok, I've got 2 hard-drives. C: which just has all the windows stuff etc, and D: which has all my music, movies, games etc.

Im going to be changing my motherboard and have been told that Im going to have to install windows and all other programs again. Would changing my motherboard affect anything else, like the stuff on D: ?

I just want to know what I really need to backup because I've used 44gb on C: and 248gb on D:.

Also I'll be using Norton 360 to backup.

Is it worth backingup program files and program files (x86) or is it better to start fresh?
