Installation of windows 8

i am aryan and i am trying to install windows 8 on my dell laptop n5050 n when the setup starts it says one of your media drivers are missing it can be a cd dvd harddisk or a usb driver wat to do

I am having the same problem. I ran into this when I wanted to down grade vista to XP. I think I might have to use a third party software to bundle the driver and the OS together and install it that way? Still looking for an answer....
