is it possible to add more gb to my other disk on my pc like for example my local disk c is 10gb and my d is 64, can i mek my c 64gb instead of my d

Use a partition manager such as EASEUS Partition Master or Paragon. May I presume your D partition is for data? If D is the CD-RW or DVD-RW, no you can't.

If you use 64 GB for Windows and your programs, will 10 GB be enough for your data.? i have Win XP +93 programs on C, and it's still only 6 GB.

Figure how much you need for Windows + your programs, by looking at the properties of your partitions now. But 64 GB would be far too much, leaving not enough for data. But if you miscalculate, you can always change it at any time.
