Memory speed

Hi, I just bought some ram (1066mhz, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-093-CR) and installed onto my new P5k. On the first setup, it was still running at 400mhz (looking at cpu-z, under memory) so I went into the bios and changed it to 1066mhz instead of auto. Then it 533/534.3/.4 mhz (its changing slightly all the time) but it still says PC2-6400 (400 mhz) under SPD under max bandwidth. I also wanted to know if the ram is running at 2.2 volts, I cant change it in the bios, it dosent show the jumperfree configuration settings for some reason........thanks

Everything except voltage settings show up in the jumperfree section, does anybody know why this is? =/
