Cyberlink powercinema not using purevideo HD?

Hi, so why isnt powercinema using hardware acceleration? is purevideo HD set universally by nvidia control panel or is it set individually by each application? i keep seing my CPU utilizing 60% im sure it isnt being accelerated by the GPU...

The application must be guided to us Hardware Accel.

Unlike AMD & nVidia led us to believe, neither of these solutions just natively accelrates all apps that do video, they must be pointed towards the resources by drivers or the apps themselves.
