Unless you're changing computers at the same time, you should be able to just install 2010 over 2007 and it'll pick up the old mailbox files, accounts, import them, etc, all automagically.

Hi cl-scott, apologies for taking long to reply, yes i am changing computers, from a Win XP to a Win7. Seeing that im currently using Win XP can i just copy the Outlook .pst file and all related outlook files from the application data folders and dump it into the appropriate windows 7 folders(seeing that i might use Outlook 2007 on Win7).
