I sincerely apologize in advance as I'm clueless about most of this stuff:(
Was given an IBM from my work (they upgraded). It has windows XP Pro on it.
I tried loading MS Office Home and Student 2007 on it. I receive an error message. I was told that it is compatible and I should be able to install it. The error message is SETUP.EXE-Bad image. The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS]system32\COMRes.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.
Is this anything I can take care of myself?
Thank you,
pianotigerlily
