Is a bouncy "Rated FSB" normal?

Forgive me if this is covered somewhere, but I don't remember reading it (not that it wasn't somewhere in one of the guides)

As I am starting the OC process, I'm seeing that in CPUID my "Rated FSB" is bouncy... ie fluxuates maybe .3 or .4 making my Core Speed also fluxuate.

Is this normal?

I wouldn't worry about it too much, but DO make sure any "spread spectrum" features in the BIOS are *disabled*.

I say that's normal. My Q6600 does that too.
