I`m thinking about change my old Sempron cpu to new athlon x2 6000. Now I have Asus M2NPV-MX motherboard with nforce 430 chipset. Is this motherboard is good enought for 2core cpu ? or i should look for 570 chip.?

Look for AMD 790X or 790FX. Good overclockability also than your choice plus good price also.

It is wiser that you buy Phenom ready mobo. Plus this mobo was tested to clock Bus upto 510Mhz which defaults to 200Mhz.
