Hey all

I know, its not good cuz its not an intel. i have been dreading not gettin a c2d so leave me alone! hahahahah

...anwho, i had a question. I cannot get my system stable running 250fsb at 10 (not 10.5, it screws with ram timings) w/ 1.3v core, 2.3v ram (its patriot and SHOULD BE ABLE to do 5-5-5-15 @ 1000mhz, 2.3v) and wonder what else should i change? it loads and then starts to act up, silly process errors and then bsod. should i pump up core more? this thing should be fine at 1.3v, i have read that it should be fine at stock vcore for these chips. maybe my mobo just sucks...i even moved nb voltage up a bit, but still no luck...any other ideas? and btw, i did turn the ht link down to 8, equals out to be 1ghz at 250fsb. just need a lil help, not too new to ocing, but not a master.

ok, very odd...wont boot or run with 2.3v on ram, even tho it says it needs it to run that..i set timings to auto at 2.2v for ram, set 1.25 for vcore (runs on it at 250 too, not bad) and ram timings on auto are runnin fine on 5-5-5-16 21 and 2t. not too bad. will run prime95 for ram all night and see what happens.

i guess you can close it, had it runnin prime stable at 250x10.5, but not with 10 multi...ram too fast, and mobo wont run ram at 2.3v, it resets and bsod...stupid msi! anyways, i have proc runnin at about 2.63 ghz, and ram is at 880mhz runnin at 5-5-5-16 at 2.2v. it runs prime ok. no worries...close my dead post...
